Who or what is to blame for dragging their feet on hires at tenn ? I never thought it would take this long . Do the powers at be understand the vacumn is crippling us at a critical time . Who should I be upset with ? I'm an alum and I guess technically a booster ( i.e. Season ticket holder since 98 ) but I feel powerless and I hate it . Just would love someone maybe Larry could explain it .
