Not bashing Butch, but didn't most posters say the same about Dooley, Fulmer, Pearl, Kiffin, Zo? We should have confidence in the head coach because it's his job on the line, but as we have learned in the past that coaches make some bonehead decisions, especially when it comes to staff. So I for one will have a wait and see attitude about the next hire(s) as this is a very important moment in Butches career and will have a big effect long term.
