as far as the state of Tennessee goes for the class of 2018? According to TOS, Darius Garland (Vanderbilt) is a 5* but beyond that the next 6 are all 3*. Two are committed to Wichita State and another to UAB. As improved as football is across the state, basketball doesn't seem to be keeping pace. Does anyone have a theory as to why?
