terminate some of his assistant coaches.Will be interesting to see what he does in that area.Often times it's difficult for a hot seat coach to attract quality assistant coaches because they are concerned they might not have a job very long.. because the coach who hired him many not be there long either.Another issue might be how much we are willing to spend on assistant coaches.
