Personally I hope he does make some upgrades beginning with the offensive line coach. I would love to see him go all out for Sam Pitman and bring him back to TN.
I also hope he would take a look at his offensive scheme and possibly look at adding some I formation stuff for a RB like Jalen Hurd! Seems crazy to me on short yardage to run east and west vs busting it up the gut with a power back like Jalen.
