Will players move to other states to get exposure?

For blue chippers missing the season won’t affect possibility of scholarships . I think however a lot of players need a big senior year to get offers from major programs or even offers from other schools. Do you all think this will promote a significant migration to other states to get exposure? I could see more than a few moving
