This was an interesting article with the focus being on non position coaches and analysts. This is going to take a lot of money if you truly want the best in these positions and wonder if UT will pony up. If you will not pay G-Man $45k I have some doubts but have full confidence Blackburn will invest in this area...I would ask CBJ and in a few years when Cut retires put him in one of these slots. Also go see if Brooks wants to move back to Maryville and offer him a position.
