I don’t know if Dooley would have been willing to “learn” at that point but he does seem to own up to things he didn’t do well at that point.
I truly believe the absolute ineptitude of Mike Hamilton on so many levels (firing/hiring decisions, contract negotiations, compliance management and other factors) is a massively underplayed reason for the problems endured by UTAD as a whole over the last decade....he started the ball rolling and then Dave Hart and John Currie helped push it faster!
