Would Lyle survive 7-5???

Unfortunately 7-5 appears to be a very real possibility. I always knew we had 4 tough ones. 8-4, I thought, was the floor, but now it looks like, on any given Saturday, if we have a repeat performance like last Thursday, we could lose one more, or two.

8-4 is highly probable. I assume we'll win one of the 4, but lay an egg against someone else. 8-4 and he gets another year. 7-5, I don't think so, especially if we lose to FL again.

Knoxville will implode if we go 7-5. With a new Chancellor and AD, lots of unhappy boosters, etc., I'm pretty confident that 7-5 would end the Lyle era.
