I got him at a notch below with the potential to move ahead depending on how Jones performs in the coming years. I think Jones can be a perennial 8 or 9 win coach which would keep him a notch below.
For clarity sake, when I think of levels of coaches I think of
1. elite
2. good (which I think richt is in that category based on how much he won)
3. better than .500
4. .500
5. Below .500
