Only UK and Arkansas are ranked higher in the SEC. Considering the mismanagement and disasters of the last half decade since we made the Elite 8, there would seem to be a lot of room for growth. Not only do the loyal Vol fanbase deserve a geeater emphasis on winning basketball, but the financial realities do also.
