When I pay to have the wife's vehicle detailed and they put on so much wheel shine that the wheels throw it all over the doors of the car and I have to wash it again when I get home.
Everyone knows that, when using wheel shine, you spray, let sit, and then wipe off the residual stuff to avoid this.
Real travesty here, IMO.
