So I had to go to the ER today to be checked out for possible appendicitis, kidney stones, or gallstones. (It was a 33mm kidney stone)
Yes I went to Sumner regional medical Center where there are several Chinese virus patients being treated.
I did not want to go there but they have all my recent medical records and scans there so I figured it probably just as easy to go there in that the Chinese virus is in every hospital now.
What I learned is that hospitals are bringing in these huge mobile ventilation systems that are hooking up to wings for the Chinese virus patients. My understanding is that they put in negative pressure ventilation into that wing that house is the Chinese virus patients.
Because of this no other wings in the hospital are being exposed to the ventilation that the Chinese virus patients are in. The entrance to the ER is separate from the one for Chinese virus patients ER. A completely different staff works with each ER hence the regular emergency rooms are probably clear of the Chinese virus. The wrist security at the entrance of the regular ER and if you have the Chinese virus or think you do you were directed around to the other side of the hospital to Chinese Virus ER.
There are very few hospitals that do not have the Chinese virus germs inside them so just make sure you wash your hands and don’t touch your face. Personnel does double the cleanup afterwords in each room they all wear their N 95 masks, goggles, and face shields as well as disposable gloves.
They had a code purple situation while I was in there and found out that they brought over an additional 30 people from the nursing home here in Gallatin.
