I admit to being a homer, think we OWN KY in FB, and expect to beat them when we play. If history and statistics mean anything I’m right on this to. But Rob was very outspoken on us beating KY and I think his points were excellent. Rob does in-depth research for his articles and IMO is in good position to know how we stack up with Kentucky talent and matchup wise. I particularly liked with respect to them losing a fifth year QB that also was a very high NFL draft pick which I have argued for ever. No doubt they have picked up a fine replacement in the portal. But I still thing it’s a BIG drop off. Not only would I argue somewhat with respect to talent level but you just CAN’T replace 5 years of experience and familiarity. It’s a significant loss IMO.
