I honestly don't know the rule, and don't know if it would have made a difference on Warrens play, but where are the refs supposed to spot the football? Is it at the point where the person's body first makes contact with the ground? Or is it where the ball is when the player first makes contact with the ground? When I was watching on television last night, it looked like Warren's right elbow hit the ground first and the ball was tucked in his left side, 1/2 yard or so away from his right arm. I realize there wasn't a referee in good position to make the correct call, but that's not what I'm asking about with this question. Thanks. @Brent_Hubbs @Rob Lewis @Austin_Price @Eric_Cain @Ben_McKee
