Baton Rouge or NOLA Vols! Need your help

Going to the game Saturday with wife. Looking for guidance regarding pregame brunch and parking. We will be NOLA from Thursday to Sunday. My plan is to drive to BR Saturday morning early and find a bar for brunch. Any suggestions about where to eat & park. Don’t mind walking a mile or so.
