In this article, Denis Dodd says the 85 number is not required this year but everyone must be back to in 2023. Have you heard this? This is the only place I have seen this mentioned. Everywhere I searched stated that 85 was the 2022 number.
If more than 85, seems that might be a factor in how we manage transfers? Maybe super seniors don't count in 22?
