How in the heck are Ole Miss, UGA, and UF ranked ahead of us in the preseason top 25? Vols at 19 but UGA, UF, and Ole Miss are at 16, 9, and 5, respectively. LSU is ranked 8 which I get bc they were really young last year and their sophomore class this year is legit. UGA and Florida had awful years last year and the vols have just as much returning plus some key pitching additions. Does Ole Miss really have that much returning from their CWS team?
I’m not mad about the 19 ranking but UGA and UF being ranked ahead of us is disrespectful imo. We did lose some bats but our bullpen and starting pitching is arguably going to be more talented. Unproven but more talented and certainly no more unproven than some of those schools ahead of us.
