My Yeti Hopper 30 zipper broke over the weekend in Hoover and it's 4.5 years old... I visited their website and it said the Hopper had a 3 year warranty... I took photos of the zipper and a couple of others and submitted a warranty claim. I received an email on Monday and they apologized and sending me a new M30 cooler... I will be a life long Yeti consumer going forward. Feels good man!
