The "U" has been making headlines the past couple of years on the recruiting front, mainly through their NIL offers.

The Canes have been cherry picking top recruits and have stolen some of the top recruits out of no where with their NIL offers.

Their NIL is largely what it is due to one very prominent booster, John Ruiz, who has carried the "U"'s NIL movement all by himself.

An announcement was just made that Ruiz is under investigation and all of the NIL monies may have dried up, paving the way for a boat evacuation that would make Havana blush.

Sounds like there could be a mass exodous of players who came to Miami for the NIL money.
