When you look at the 2023 schedule, obviously Georgia sticks out the most. If the offense doesn't have much drop off, I think the schedule works out favorably to where Tennessee still has its playoff and SEC hopes intact by that game.
Florida is on the road and always tough, but the Vols are the better team. Big games against South Carolina and Texas A&M are at home. Alabama is the only one that if I had to pick a loss in the first two months of the season, it would be that one.
But is there another one you think could be tougher than people think?
I'm going to go with Missouri. It's late November in Columbia. Likely going to be very cold. Tennessee has blown out the Tigers in each of the last two meetings, so they'll enter with a chip on their shoulder. The game is a week before Georgia, so you can't be caught looking ahead and I actually like what Missouri returns IF it's QB situation is fixed.
