at the moment I can't run for my HIIT so I saw a guy on Periscope who was doing 1/2 mile lunges with a 40lb back pack on. So I'm in pretty good shape so I thought I'd give it a go. Well after a month of working on this, 3 times a week, today was the first day I made it to a 1/4 mile w/o any added weight. I would much rather sprint hills but I'm telling you, this is hands down the hardest thing, mentally and physically I've ever attempted. My heart feels like it's about to blow out along with my legs. I did this after a chest/back superset, dropsets.
