I thought the guys who make the rounds in the SEC are bad. We had to beat the refs and Iowa State and we did so handily.
I'm sorry that the refs screwed up and called a flagrant foul on ISU that shouldn't have been, but that is no excuse for calling two phantom fouls in a row on our best player. If you can't handle an upset crowd, go ref Bingo at the senior center.
There was a non-existent walk called on Admiral. Daniel was tossed to the floor by ISU's big and the ISU fan calling the game actually called the foul on Daniel.
But the one thing that annoyed me all game is that every time an ISU guard drove to the basket, one of the ISU bigs would commit an offensive foul by spreading their arms and clearing out our big defender. One of the first times #2 did this in the first half, he actually shoved Walker into the driving guard. Foul on ISU? Nope. Foul called on Walker.
Why won't the NCAA do anything about the constant ineptitude and corruption of officials?
