When Mark Howard asked him about UT and if UGA should be the favorite, Staples said you have no idea what you have in UGA and Fla. Stated that UT had some unbelievable bad luck in terms of injuries on the defensive side of the ball and that if probability says they remain relatively healthy they will be much better. Said that he likes Dormady and JG and that probably more than a few SEC coaches would trade their QB for either of them. Also said the o-line should be very good.
Pretty much what many of us say here. I'm not saying we're the favorite but we're not nearly as bad off as what many say because of the losses of the draft picks. I think people that say we're a 7/8 win team are giving Butch a free pass for this coming year. We should win 9 games with this roster.
