Am under contract to sell my house. Appraiser is coming in the morning. Live in Brentwood (Brenthaven) and am a little concerned about the appraisal coming in low. There are a few comparable comps in the neighborhood but they are around $10/sqft less. I am the forefront of $/sq ft. Any advice? I’ve made a very thorough list of everything we’ve done to the house.
