Was shooting the breeze with a fellow Vol fan, and it got brought up that this year there's been some tension in the defensive coaches room. We were speculating whether Shoop would be given more free reign over who the assistants would be next year since we both believe he'll be here for a couple more years at least. This implies there's going to be a shakeup on the assistant front on the defensive side of the ball, in addition to what may happen on the offensive side.
Anybody heard anything to this extent or is this misplaced?
