Anyone tailgate in the grassy park area by Lake Ave. garage?

Due to my parking situation I'm exploring some new tailgate options and that area is one of them. Any ideas? Lots of fans in this area? Are there portable bathrooms down there? Pros/cons? Thanks GQ!
