other schools have decided to recruit more players than slots. Let all the players that they can get send in LOIs to lock them up and then pick and choose who to cut and who to keep after the LOIs are all in. Is this correct? What happens if a player such as ITS sends his LOI to bama and they end up with too many? They are all locked in and then the school can decide who to cut. They'll cut the guys that aren't going to their competitors. Also the new early signing period really sucks.
