The Vols' 2016 Depth Chart can compete for the SEC Championship.
As I look at the Depth Chart, 2017 could be very successful if the Vols have answers at QB, RB and CB.
The OL will be very strong/veteran as will the WRs and the Vols could be loaded at TE/HB. This is a group that could make a RB and QB look very, very good.
On defense, Sapp has to replace JRM, Phillips, Taylor and Kongbo have to take over at DE, DT should be a strength, as should Safety. CB could be a problem if Martin turns pro. Kirkland, Jr will need to be the heart of the Defense.
