As long as we have our current staff the results are going to be the same. This is an 6 to 10 win staff. Bad years 6 wins good years 10 wins. If we want to play big boy football you have to pay for big boy football. Go pay for a top 5 coach that will hire a top 5 staff. A staff that includes ace recruiters. We want to continue to be budget U then it really doesn't matter the results are going to be same. If you are having to dig to find info on the guy we just hired every coaching search because you have never heard of him then that is pretty telling. I stand behind butch as long as he is our coach but he has got to get better assistants around him.
