I know English put a lot into recruiting Banchero and J. Smith, but at the time it seemed like he went harder after Banchero. Did you ever get the chance to ask him about those 2 recruitments before he left? I’m curious if he ever felt we could have landed Smith earlier had we not recruited Banchero. I think everyone felt both of those players would likely never play at the same school together.
Chandler and Smith could have really helped land Kessler so it’s crazy to think what might have been.
