Now 23-18 overall and 6-14 in SEC play (Sunday game v. Vandy not going to be rescheduled)
Have 9 SEC games left (series v. Arkansas, @Vandy, Missouri) and 3 non-conference games left.
Sweep the non-conference and get 5 SEC wins and we'd be 31-22 (11-18 SEC) and probably the 11 seed going in to the SEC Tournament.
That doesn't sound great but our RPI is currently 44 right now and would probably go up with that close. I actually think we have a decent shot in that scenario to make the NCAA, especially if we can win a game or two in Hoover.
Moberg appears to be coming out of his slump. Rogers is playing All-SEC. We are getting great pitching from Martin, Stallings, and Lingo. Warren and Neely have also been much improved in their last few appearances. Offense has been our biggest problem the last few weeks as most of the freshmen appear to have hit a wall at the plate.
I know I'm in the minority, but I haven't totally given up on this team. Would love to sneak into a regional...
