I've seen it in NYC quite a bit.
Dublin (I think a whole bunch of people had stayed over after the band or something played one year) and in Shannon.
Saw a guy walking in Westminster, as I was walking home from a meeting rocking the Power T. (I had on a suit - middle of the week/day) As I passed him I said "Go Vols!" he turned around surprised/baffled - but said "Go Vols!"
Oh I did see someone in Zurich with a Power T hat on.
