Better place to eat for steak Connors or The Alamo.

Three friends and I have been doing Christmas shopping/eating trip in December since we graduated in 1981. We're coming north to Knoxville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg so I thought I would ask on here which would be the better choice mainly for steak or some other place not mentioned.
