Box dropped off in front of my house in yesterdays storm. Box was torn in a couple spots, open on one end and parts sticking through the box. Called our local WM to ask if I could return it there and I was told that items sold at their web store is not really them and I would have to send it back to negotiate a new machine. Ridiculous. Ill never buy from them again online.
