How would you rate the staff cohesion this year? Are all rowing in the same direction or is there some dysfunction amongst some? Something seems amiss on offense and the defense (minus the d-line) seems to be currently regressing? QB development under Weinke and Chaney, and Pruitt as a whole, has virtually been non-existent?
