We currently have 21 initial counters (before Jenkins or anyone else who could sign next week). That would leave us 11 total initial counters remaining to get to the 32. We know it’s likely we fill those 6 spots which would leave 5 possible initial counters blocked by the 85.
Am I correct that for each transfer out from here on we could add one more? Say if 5 more transfer out we could sign the full 32?
