1. Is it accurate to say that the ONLY thing currently keeping Bru from being eligible right now is uscw's refusal to complete the appropriate paperwork? If that is not accurate, what is the additional factor(s) that are keeping him from being eligible?
2. I guess I'm confused about the operation of The Portal. I thought a kid could simply enter The Portal and transfer unimpeded 1 time. Why does Bru entering The Portal suddenly require any action from uscw?
3. Could Bru lawyer up and force their hand? Seems to me their inability to act is potentially harmful to his career.
4. Where the hell is the SEC and the NCAA in all of this?
5. Can we assume that so long as Bru is elgible by pitt, that all is good? Obviously, you'd prefer some live fire in the opener, but we shouldn't need him in week 1.
