BRAJ:Think we can see why staff went hard after Deandre Johnson

Not saying he's the next Barnett or even Vereen. But through spring he's shown he's an athletic, hard working kid with some talent to work with. Obviously smart and focused enough to be an EE.

And with the depth issues at DE even before they shut Kongbo down he's now getting first AND second team reps. So even if he's not ever a superstar I think his performance this spring combined with the need at his position proves the coaches made the right call.
