And I don't think I qualify as a red and try to be sensible on my takes but I have something on my mind that is bothering me.
Why in the hell do you have a 21,000 seat arena and elite facilities for hoops if you are bound and determined to shop on the clearance rack for coaching candidates?
That perplexes the hell out of me. Don't get it twisted, I know football is King, as it should be, but why wouldn't you invest a few bucks in a proven basketball coach to further increase revenues and further unite your fanbase behind a proven guy?
Trust me, I know all about balance sheets and budgets, but scared money very rarely wins in today's marketplace. It's not fail proof but you've got a better shot at that than going with yet another mid-major cat.
