To the fact that Our Admin may already know they are making a head coaching change and just dragging this out intentionally until they find our next coach.
Makes perfect sense and frankly would be the smart thing to do if you are going to make a change.
Why fire Pruitt now and leave the job vacant and create even more anxiety With recruits and players while no kids are on campus if you can keep the status qou while searching for the next coach.
Then once you have your replacement picked out Make the transition quickly so the next coach can start calling Players and recruits immediately. You would stand a much better chance to lose less to the transfer little this way wouldn’t you?
