This is the best case scenario:

1) We have a coach that has two strikes.

2) We have a coach that will serve a multiple game suspension.

3) We have a coach that we are going to have to monitor closely for violations (in order to not get himself or our program in trouble).

4) We have a coach that hasn't made the NCAA Tourney in four years.

5) We have a coach that hasn't ever had a Top 25 Recruiting Class (that I can find).

What is the real value here? Why would we keep someone like this? I am truly mystified at the fact that we have positioned ourselves alongside Tyndall. The fact that we haven't negotiated our way out of this contract with him, LOA be damned, is beyond me.

In my opinion, pay Tyndall $1,000,000 over the next two years to leave now. He get's paid it whether he get's another job or not. Tell him that the alternative is paying him nothing as soon as any allegations are made against him.

The suspension v. show cause argument is ridiculous, to me. I just don't see how this guy is anything but a HUGE liability to the university.
