Typically, I've been able to go to most of the major ticket sites and pick out exactly where I want to sit from the available allotment. This year, as far as I can get is the section and row, not seats. I've had this experience on Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.
I'm looking to buy tickets for the Pitt, LSU, and Florida games.
Why is this barrier in place? Anyone else experiencing this? I just don't remember this being a thing the past few seasons.
