I don’t ever recall refs stopping a game simply because a coach said his player was fouled. So I guess Cal can stop play anytime he wants a replay review. Refs hadn’t called a foul. We had the ball; and; All the refs had was Cal saying they should look at the replay. Can any coach do that; or just Cal?
