Adding Brady Hoke, Charlton Warren, Canales, and Wells were all big time. Beard looks like a great hire, and it's clear he had some swift upward mobility working in his favor.
We now have four coaches on staff who could reasonably be in contention for Power 5 jobs in the next two years. There's talent on this staff, and I can't wait to see them go to work. I predict 2017 will be surprisingly better than expected; what that means, I don't know, but better than 8-4 IMO.
