He is a great OC when he has Tyler Bray, C Patterson, Justin Hunter and whichever Rogers it was that year. However, his biggest fault is he doesn’t know how to change his ways when his talent doesn’t fit. Elite offensive minds figure out what their players can be successful at and then amplify that. He is not capable of that. He will continue to try and fit square pegs in round holes because the round hole is his offense and by golly that’s what he’s gonna do.
