My buddy is retired, and he’s been down on the Georgia coast around Savannah for a month, and I told him on his way back to Hell (Chiraq) to check out Songbirds Guitar Museum. I’m a guitar nerd of the highest order, and I can’t wait to check it out. I’m curious as to why they chose Chattanooga. Not that they don’t deserve it, I just thought since Vince Gill is the $$$ behind it, they would’ve chose Nashville. Chattanooga is an underrated town IMO, and I’m glad they have it.
Anyway, tomorrow night they Darrell Scott is playing there. It’s amazing how you can go see a guy with 4 Grammy’s, and over 70 songs recorded by a who’s who of recording artists, for $25 bucks! From what I understand, Songbirds has a great venue, and they’ve already had a great lineup of artists.
