Franklin's Penn State team is headed to the Big 10 Championship, his former team knocks off his most hated rival, and his old defensive coordinator makes our defense the laughing stock of the SEC. Sounds a lot like what Saban did when he recommended Dooley to Tennessee. It is definitely time to "evaluate."
