If it’s a lack of talent or hurt players discuss it. Discuss needs and how we can fix things. If it play calling then discuss changes. Talk about improvement. You can not say we had great plans and practices but we did not follow through on game day. If we need better talent then say so. This old song and dance is not helping, Talk about we we get so many flags for holding etc. Everone can understand the plan to fix things.
