I have read all the doom and gloom posts and just want to highlight a few changes going on in other programs as reported by Football Scoops a site that has been fairly accurate over the years:

  1. Herman has fired all assistants at Texas on Strong’s staff.
  2. LSU has locked up D coordinator Aranda. He was already there.
  3. Saban says, Kiffin has not mentioned any change…..ha! rumor is LSU.
  4. GA D coordinator up for GA State head job.
  5. Oregon coach Helfrich expected to be FIRED.
  6. PJ Fleck is expected to be head coach at Purdue - sorry to disappoint the Butch to Purdue crowd
  7. Ole Miss D coordinator to retire
  8. NC State keeping HC.

As you can see, there is tremendous change taking place across college football. I believe we will see some necessary changes on the staff. I for one think it would be a disaster to lose Butch.

We need a strong AD to strengthen our internal organization - which IMO has been a disaster for 5-7 years if you look at the change in President, Chancellor, AD, & Coach. They all have to be on the same page to be a very successful program.
